1. Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as Apple Pay through our secure online payment processing gateway. All transactions are charged in USD. Payment must be cleared in full before any products are processed, packaged, or shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship packages across the United States. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping transit times depend on the delivery service chosen at checkout. Lake Roots Company is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the buyer.
3. Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Because we offer different types of products, our return rules are broken down by item category:
Perishable Items (Coffee & Blends): Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on our roasted coffee beans or custom coffee blendsHowever, if your coffee arrives damaged, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at info@lakeroots.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can issue a replacement or store credit.
Non-Perishable Goods (Apparel & Merchandise): Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered apparel or merchandise items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Order Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please email info@lakeroots.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been packaged or handed off to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom content, product descriptions, photography, designs, and logos featured on this website are the sole property of Lake Roots Company and may not be used or reproduced without explicit permission.
